Returns and Guarantee Replacement Policy

Due to the many conditions beyond our control, we cannot guarantee rooting success. We will though, guarantee that your cuttings are in good condition and ready to root when received. We will replace damaged cuttings within two weeks of shipment. If your Plumeria arrived in a damaged condition, send an email to: Questions@Hawaii-Top-Ten.com Let us know the situation and request a Return Authorization Number from us. You will need to ship the damaged cutting back to us (return shipment cost is buyers responsibility). Once the return is received by us, we will replace your Plumeria. It may be that the color or type of Plumeria your originally purchased is out of stock. If that is the situation, Best Of Hawaii will substitute with a cutting of equal value.

Shipping Information

Most items are shipped USPS Express mail and should arrive in 2 or 3 days. Free shipping on every other plant. Example, buy 2 plants get the second plant with free shipping. Buy 4 plants and get two of them with free shipping.

We only ship to the Continental US.

Shipping charges are calculated at time of checkout. Under most circumstances shipping calculations are correct. Some orders that require special shipping considerations (such as large multi tipped Plumeria) or shipments of more than 7 items will require additional shipping fees. Once your order is placed we will contact you with any adjustments.

Orders will normally be processed and shipped out within 7 business days.
